At MD®, we take pride in the quality and performance of our physician-developed formulas. While most of our customers are thrilled with their results, we understand that occasionally a product may not be the right fit.
If you receive your order and decide not to use it, we offer a straightforward return and refund process for unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. - Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible.
- Used or opened skincare, supplements, or lash products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
